FHFA House Price Index Up Nominally In February

The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) has released its U.S. House Price Index (HPI) for the most recent month. Here is the opening of the report:

U.S. house prices rose in February, up 0.8 percent from the previous month, according to the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) seasonally adjusted monthly House Price Index (HPI). The previously reported lack of change in January was revised upward to a 0.2 percent increase. [Link to report ]
