We have changed our outlook from neutral to bullish.
Dow has respected the bullish scenario, soaring above 17460.00 as seen on the provided daily chart.
RSI14 was fixed despite stabilizing below moving averages, while strength of the bearish trend decreased according to ADX.
In result, we will be bullish today, aiming to re-test 17690.00 first.

S&P 500 has moved steadily upwards, respecting the last technical update on the index.
Currently, we see RSI attacking the value of 50.00, while moving averages attempts to crossover positively, and that that could assist prices to move higher.
