Oil has touched 43.40 during the Asian session and pulled back as seen over four-hour interval. ADX remains strong, while RSI stabilizes below 50.00 levels.
Trading above moving averages offers a sign of contradiction and, therefore, we remain on the sideline noting that a break below SMA50 will be a bearish signal.
