- Shares of Post Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:POST) surged 0.6% after it entered into an agreement with Bob Evans Farms Inc. (NASDAQ:BOBE) to purchase the company for $77 per share
- Steelcase Inc.’s (NYSE:SCS) shares surged 5.6% after posting second quarter 2018 earnings per share of $0.31, surpassing the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $0.23
