Charts Of The Day: Miners Test New Lows; Big PM Move Ahead

The bullish percent level is diverging as gold and silver miners again test the lows. I continue to think that miners are knocking on the door of that 50DMA, and I'm still expecting them to break upward rather than another leg down.
The Bollinger® Bands on the HUI are narrowing. A big move is coming and I doubt it will be down as it's already stretched to the downside.
