Cattle Prices Break 30-Year Channel

Wendy's made the phrase "where's the beef" popular. Some could now ask, "Where's the price of beef headed?" Cattle prices have been moving higher over the past couple of years, bumping up against the top of a 30-year rising channel.
Of late, Cattle prices are breaking above the 30-year rising channel. Is food inflation about to pick up speed? Offset some of it by owning the ETF COW .
