5 Stocks To Watch: CATS, GBTC, HROW, IOVA, PAYS

Catasys Inc (NASDAQ:CATS), a swing trade of ours is doing great, jumping 1.60, or 8 1/2%, to 20.48, on 362,801 shares traded on Monday. The pop and pullback in March got me to put a swing on it. After two weeks, it took off and accelerated. Its rising channel, right now, is showing me that it’s at the top of the short-term channel. Eventually, I think it will make it to 26-27.
h3 Bitcoin Investment Trust (GBTC)/h3Bitcoin Investment Trust (OTC:GBTC) had a beautiful reversal on Friday, where they gapped down and gapped up, and on Monday, they popped 72 cents, or 7.8%, to 9.95, on 4.9 million shares traded. I think this is going to retest 11, and then get up to 12, maybe even 14.
h3 Harrow Health, Inc. (HROW)/h3Harrow Health Inc (NASDAQ:HROW) has been up nine days in a row, gaining 46 cents, or 7.53%, to 6.57, on 372,497 shares traded on Monday. This is TheTechTrader top pick of the year. I’m looking for this stock to eventually get up into the 10-12 zone. For now, it needs to get through the 7-7.20 zone, and then 8, 9, and 10 going forward.
h3 Iovance Biotherapeutics, Inc. (IOVA)/h3Iovance Biotherapeutics Inc (NASDAQ:IOVA) with a beautiful base breakout and falling wedge, exploded three days ago, had an inside day on Friday, and on Monday it popped back up to retest the highs at the top of the channel at 16.52, gaining 58 cents, or 3.86%, to 15.61, on 3.4 million shares. If it should get through 16.52, I’m looking for 18 and 20 as the next targets on IOVA.
h3 PaySign, Inc. (PAYS)/h3Paysign Inc (NASDAQ:PAYS) is not a stock I talk about, but it has a beautiful chart. Look at the parallel channel going back 2 1/2 years to 2017. Currently, it’s in a consolidation, but moving up the last three session to test the highs. On Monday, it bounced 68 cents, or 7.83%, to 9.36, on 734,206 million shares. If it gets above 9 1/2, it could rocket into the 12-14 zone, which are my targets going forward.
