Bund Holding Above 165.20/22 Keeps Outlook Positive

Bund holding above 165.20/22 keeps the outlook positive and targets quite strong resistance at 165.51/55. We should struggle here again but picking a top at this stage is not a great idea, despite overbought conditions. If we continue higher look for 165.75 then 165.85 and perhaps as far as 165.95.
Failure to hold 165.22/20 targets 165.12/10 then first support at 164.94/91. Try longs with stops below 164.80. Further losses target 164.69/66 then a buying opportunity at 164.59/54. Longs need stops below 164.40.
