Opportunity!
With today's release on the mortgage refinancing activity down AGAIN, the value of RITM's MSR (mortgage servicing rights) book will increase in value again. This will translate to a higher book value and eventually (when the street catches on) to a greater stock valuation.
bargain hunters were are you
mortgage servicing rights (a large portion of NRZ's revenues & profits) gain in value as interest rates rise. The Fed has already alluded to 2-3 hikes next year (unless omincron destroys gdp growth), so I think this is a conservative play on interest rates with a healthy dividend.

Market pull back is usually around thisntime of the year. Just time for the bears.
this is good for a long term investment plus having a great dividend payout
I have 15$ PT, but even then I won't sell. I'll only partialy sell from 17$ up
company is excellent long term investment.
it looks good. excellent return
Dividend raised again, 0.20! Glad I added after the first increase from 0.05 to 0.10.. It will go up up up.
New dividend raise. Now at 0.15. Great job from management. It still seems like a great adition to any portfolio.

preferred shares pay more than 20% fixed div, but there is a risk of bankruptcy
https://www.newresi.com/investors/stock-data/dividends
What you say is non sense.
??? 20% div was last week, now div of NRZ-PB is 1.78/10.07x100=17.7% NRZ-PA and NRZ-PC similar
Omg 70% down
why does this keep going down , i just dont understand.
0.05 $ per share dividends. big reduction. what would happend with NRZ ?
I saw your comment and did some research. It looks like it is over sold according to the RSI. NRZ’s divident has been very consistent of 0.5 per share for many years. I feel like this is just a temporary dividend price until their stock price rises again
Will recover. Mid 2021
will this still go up if I buy in right now?
is there any problem with NRZ?
