Stock market today: S&P 500 slips amid caution ahead of inflation data

Adobe Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: ADBE) lowered its full-year revenue forecast. Adobe shares tumbled 4.35% to $31.46 in the after-hours trading session.
Analysts expect Goodrich Corp. (NYSE: GR) to post its Q2 earnings at $1.71 per share on revenue of $2.22 billion. Goodrich shares gained 0.09% to close at $126.85 yesterday.
Jabil Circuit Inc. (NYSE: JBL) reported its FQ3 profit, excluding items, of $0.64 per share on revenue of $4.3 billion. However, analysts were expecting earnings of $0.64 per share on revenue of $4.29 billion. Jabil Circuit shares gained 1.96% to $19.80 in after-hours trading.
FSI International (NASDAQ: FSII) issued a weak Q4 forecast. The company projects quarterly revenue of $40 million to $45 million, versus analysts' estimates of $48.1 million. FSI posted its Q3 net income at $10 million, or $0.25 per share, up from $4.1 million, or $0.10 per share, in the year-ago period. FSI shares dipped 13.06% to $3.86 in the after-hours trading session.
