Asia stocks mixed; Australia gains on soft CPI, Japan steady before BOJ

Japanese steel plate traded sideways last week. Prices for Korean steel plate remained constant. Chinese steel plate prices held steady from the previous week as well, but the price of US steel plate rose 0.9 percent after falling 0.4 percent during the previous week.
The price of US grain-oriented electrical steel (GOES) rose 9.0 percent this month.
